Technology and Changes in Accounts Payable ODU's AP Makeover
Technology is ever changing and so is ODU's Accounts Payable Department! Our goal is to reduce the amount of paper while simplifying our processes so that we can become more efficient and effective while providing excellent customer service. We recently implemented Banners electronic receiving, automated our check run, created invoice@odu.edu to receive electronic invoices, and we are scanning and indexing images using BDMS (invoices and W-9s). Come learn how ODU has taken advantage of technology while sharing with you our recent accomplishments and our goals for the next year.
