In this presentation, the presenter will share how they followed renowned author and Harvard business professor, John Kotters eight step model for leading change when leading a large change initiative at the University of San Diego.
We replaced USDs outdated and obsolete computer systems with new leading edge technology that transformed the way the University served its students, faculty and staff. The initiative took 3 years to complete and we overcame resistance to change, got people out of their comfort zone and showed them a picture of the future that sparked motivation and created a collaborative effort that brought campus wide interest in the project leading to an extraordinary success.
