We want to change your preconceptions and show that small customer-developed changes and extensions can often times make the biggest impact! We are looking for small local changes that your institution has developed in order to streamline business processes. In reality, these small changes to baseline make a huge difference with day-to-day process efficiencies. We'll share real-life examples of small modifications that have been submitted to Community Source and are now being included in baseline SunGard products. A panel will be available for questions and answers and would love to hear about your small mods. It could be a feature developed at your institution that is showcased at Summit next year.
