At Plymouth State University (PSU), Banner Workflow is leveraged in many functional offices throughout campus. As constructed, Banner Workflow contains API's that allow an institution to extend beyond the typical limitations place on applications. Further, PSU has developed a custom single sign-on process to more fully integrate workflow with our application infrastructure. Also, this presentation will take a peek at time-saving methods for making simple modifications to workflows that are active and in production that are much faster than traditional methods.
