How Emporia State University reduced the load on data entry staff by automating the process of inserting Banner Relationship Management interactions for tape loads, inquiries and outsourced mailings. The process was automated through the use of a cross-walk table, scripts to identify interactions to be inserted, a script to create the xml file and AppWorx to automate the entire process.
