Description
This session will outline one school's journey to build and sustain relationships from start to finish using Banner Relationship Management. For the fall 2010 and 2011 incoming freshmen classes, various campaigns were built to increase participation in campus preview days and daily campus tours in addition to facilitating application conversion, orientation registration, and financial aid. Recruiting and Admissions Performance (RAP) complimented the processes by enabling us to keep a constant pulse on the activity being generated. As a result, the campus was able to be proactive and intentional in its preparation for the largest freshman class in the university's 111 year history. As we build for the future, we are looking to expand our reach to current students with the BRM so that we are in a better position to retain these students for the long-term.
