This session will explore three topics: 1) What documents are we/can we image?, 2) What is Reports Manager and what can it do for my institution?, 3) What I wish I had known before setting up BDMS? Auburn University has been using BDMS for over 7 years. We began small with four areas and now have deployed across all of campus and have a presence in almost every college or school. The deployment of Reports Manager in the last couple of years has saved an enormous amount of time and money by the departments that are using it. Lastly we will go over some unexpected results of our deployment - things we wish we had known before implementation. This session is useful for novice as well as seasoned veterans of BDMS.
