Montgomery College has used Banner Advancement for 10+ years. Over the past year, we have "reinvented" our approach to better leverage Banner Advancement, Self-Service, and our Luminis portal, My MC, to better support the evolving needs of our development officers and our upcoming campaign. Our starting point--a Business Processing Modeling engagement with SunGard. Since then we have implemented Moves Management, developed a one-stop Advancement tab for our development officers and support staff and greatly improved our reporting mechanisms. We would like to host an interactive discussion to share our experience and hear from others how they have refreshed or repackaged Banner Advancement to better meet the evolving needs of Advancement staff.
