Come learn how East Carolina University made the switch from Hobsons CRM to Banner Relationship Management (BRM). We will show how we came to that decision, the work involved to prepare for implementation and the actual implementation and change over from Hobsons to BRM. We will share all of our experiences and how happy we are to be using one system.
