The College of St. Scholastica's OneStop Student Services delivers seamless processes to all students, allowing them to self-manage the business of being a student. Students can register for classes, review grades, accept financial aid awards, view and pay bills and much more, all at one convenient location.
The College's Senior Administration established the development of OneStop Student Services as a 2011-12 strategic priority. Members of the OneStop task force, composed of representatives from Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Accounts and IT, were tasked with creating a OneStop to:
1. enable students to complete the majority of business transactions in a virtual web environment
2. address the unique needs of a growing population of extended studies, on-line and graduate students
3. establish a staff of cross-trained counselors at a net zero staffing increase
4. increase back-office efficiencies
This session will discuss how the College of St. Scholastica is leveraging Sungard and Sungard partner products to create its state of the art OneStop Student Services. The session will demonstrate how St. Scholastica is using Banner, Banner Student Self-Service, Luminus 5 portal, Banner Document Management Suite (BDMS), Banner Relationship Management (BRM), Cognos/ODS and UC4 Applications Manager to create a OneStop experience for students.
