The Graduation Application introduced in Banner 8 might make you want to get rid of the Sought records in SHADEGR. This presentation will tell you how we did that at Drexel University. It will help you to identify the records to delete and how to identify the children of and those records that refer back to the deleted records. We will also tell you which Banner settings need to be reset in order to make this work.
