This presentation will educate clients on the fundamental concepts of Balanced Scorecarding, and its importance to the institution as it pertains to managing Performance. It will speak to the entire workflow of identifying what Key Performance Indicators / Scorecards are of most importance to the institution, then leveraging the ODS/EDW/BI to be able to report on these, and track progress towards improvement of these KPI's. (Essentially using the ODS/EDW/BI as the tool to compliment the Performance Management mantra / philosophy)
