Purdue's Online Giving system (http://donate.purdue.edu) is a web-based front-end developed on the Microsoft .NET platform, allowing donors to make one-time and recurring gifts via credit card or e-check. It includes interfaces to Advance's batch giving system for a seamless experience for both the donor and the advancement staff. This presentation will describe some of the architecture of the system and an overview of the system's software development lifecycle.
