The UCSF University Development and Alumni Relations office has streamlined the Gift Acceptance process by automating the Approval Workflow.
The new Gift Acceptance Workflow process allows Gifts to be accepted digitally via a Web application interface eliminating the need for printed copies and signatures and their routing. It also ensures follow-ups are made at appropriate time intervals for the Reviewers. The application records all Gift Acceptance at various gift levels in the Advance database GA Processor, Gift Acceptance Officer, Executive Director, and Chancellor.
We have integrated the business logic with Advance data, ADM docs and images, electronic U-DEV 100 form with signature, Crystal Reports, .NET Programming and Oracle procedures.
