In the current environment of decreased resources, we are constantly looking for opportunities to improve processes. We are not necessarily looking to downsize, but we would like to reallocate staff to tasks that involve more decision making instead of relegating them to mundane tasks. In this session we examine how metrics can be used to analyze your Gift Administration department to identify candidates for automation. We will also discuss what to look for when we evaluate tasks to automate.
