When implementing a Mobile Solution for your campus, it is important to involve the campus community in the planning and implementation process. This will ensure that the decisions made concerning options, look & feel, and timeline will be supported and prioritized adequately to meet the needed deadlines. It is also important to allow enough time for appropriate communications and publicity to occur to generate excitement about the launch of the new mobile offering. In this presentation, we will go over the plan used at Radford University for the three phases of the mobile solution implementation. We will also touch on the involvement in the collaborative partners program for the mobile solution and how our input has helped mold the product into it's current state.
