Upgrading a Banner installation has not always been an easy or quick endeavor. This session will examine the tools and processes that reduce the burden of applying upgrades for Banner 9. We will discuss how to handle upgrades when the solution has been customized, so that deployments may be kept more current as new releases are provided by Datatel+SGHE. This session will address both database and web application upgrades.
