Advance 9.8 introduced the Advance Document Management API, designed to support integrating any document management system with Advance through a plug-in and web service callback architecture. This session will describe the architecture and design of the API. It will also describe how to create a plug-in for Advance to DMS call out, and how to use the web services for DMS to Advance call back. This session is for technical attendees responsible for implementing or integrating a document management system with Advance for their institutions. Attendees should have a working understanding of Oracle PL/SQL, the C# language, object-oriented programming, and web services concepts.
