Introduced with Banner Advancement 8.3.2 and Advance 9.8, The Advancement Connector is a data transfer and integration connector designed to be extended or modified by clients in an upgrade safe way, including the delivered integration with iModules Encompass. This session will describe the current Connector architecture and design, and detail the extension and customization features. This session is for technical attendees responsible for extending or modifying Banner Advancement or Advance for their institutions. Attendees should have a working understanding of Oracle PL/SQL, the Java language, object-oriented programming, and Java Enterprise concepts.
