This session is part 2 of the Imagine the possibilities series. At last year's summit, University of Denver presented the BDMS: Imagine the possibilites session. Accelerate the learning curve that you will need for rapid and smooth introduction of workflow technology into your ecosystem. At this presentation, University of Denver will share information on the various facets of workflow technology. The goal is to share knowledge from our experience that will enable others to understand the various technical elements of workflow and provide perspective on a unique way to track processes modeled by workflow. Specifically we will be talking about the following:
- Workflow Attributes: How to effectively use these for management reports
- Security: User access and role management
- Integration with BDMS
- Calendar and notifications
- Document tags
- Modularization: Interaction amongst multiple workflows
- Workflow reporting views: These reports help our business community to increase the accountability while simultaneously providing process transparency.
