In this session we will illustrate how Banner Relationship Management greatly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the communication processes with prospects and applicants at The University of Texas Pan-American. It also covers how BRM has provided a centralized and organized way of handling communications an aided in sending dynamic and aesthetic interactions. In addition, we will demonstrate the benefits of student tracking from prospect to enrollee.
