Follow along as SUNY (State University of New York) Oneonta travels back in time to review our transformation from scanning paper, piece by piece, to having documents automatically attached to student records. Reports Management, lovingly known as ERMX, allows for electronic documents to be auto-indexed directly to the applicable record. This presentation will include historic practices, the use of Reports Management by the Registrars Office and Admissions, technical set up information, as well as auto-indexing documents from third party sources.
