Getting the Most out of SmartCall or How I Learned to Love Lists, OLE Merge and Custom Columns! (1248)
SmartCall is a simple, but powerful tool that call centers can use to do more than just placing calls. This session will focus on creating custom columns, using custom columns to simplify list building, getting the most out of the OLE merge function, customizing built in reports, making security and management station changes. The session will also focus on some tips to make the SmartCall tool more of a CRM experience by integrating functions into existing tools.
