This session will cover rapid transition to SmartCall from another vendor. It will be a technical discussion on the transition, and assumes that attendees are familiar how to and understand the technical needs of a call center. This presentation will cover technical requirements and identifying critical needs for migrating to SmartCall. Some major topics covered will be: data uploading, list building, advance integration, telecommunication requirements, creating a test environment, training and documentation.
