In working together, IT and Advancement staff members often are faced with problems left to them by previous PowerCampus users who are no longer with the institution. With a collaborated effort that involves understanding and appreciating each others needs we can often fix problems even at the mid-point of a capital campaign.

This session will deal with ways to effectively change the Campaign Tree in PowerCampus to improve reporting and to strengthen the tracking of campaign pledges and donor payments. These solutions are based on a case study at Gwynedd-Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, PA where IT staff worked successfully with the Advancement team to troubleshoot and solve numerous issues at the mid-point of a comprehensive capital campaign.
