Creating fundraising metrics can be a challenge to develop to generate the behavior of staff in the appropriate manner. As it is said in the education system, you teach to the test, but this is not the standard we want to put into place to measure the progress of our development staff. So where do you find the balance. We have started a new process of evaluation development progress with a series of reports to help supervisors manage their staff, departments and fund raising efforts of the Texas AM Foundation. This presentation will show the new process we have put into place for the midyear reviews, monthly reporting, and overall progress for each department throughout the year.
