Even though they say they want you to give them business intelligence data, how do you get them engaged enough to tell you what they really need? This session will review how State Fair Community College went about engaging their executives to successfully kickoff a BI project. A major part of this effort involved building a pilot website for executives to actually see what BI could mean to them. This presentation will cover the basic concepts of BI, considerations for a successful BI project, and the current state of BI at SFCC.
