This session focuses on the collaboration between HR and IT at Lansing Community College to successfully launch a dynamic total compensation statement in Banner Employee Self-Service, designed with statement configuration tools for HR. We will touch on the project life cycle including project initiation, planning, monitoring, executing, and closing. Highlights include requirement building, design, development, flexible solution, launch strategy, and results. This session is intended for both functional and technical audiences supporting HR.
