Datatel+SGHE has developed a cloud based solution using Infinity technologies. Datatel+SGHE designed and implemented the solution heavily leveraging the Infinity Process Platform(IPP) in the back end for an integral human workflow, process orchestration and component integration flow. The solution also employs Business Rules Management technology. This approach enables each tenant to extensively customize the business processes and rules to cater to their processes. In this presentation we will discuss the SaaS architecture. We will look at some of the patterns we implemented to support workflow and process orchestration. We will examine the critical lessons we learned in the areas of multi-tenancy support, data integration, application integration, security integration, user experience integration, customization and scalability.
