This presentation will walk through a real-life application of the administrator assignment functionality in Banner Student - starting from the description of the recruiters' regions, showing the set-up necessary, and finishing with the recruiters being available in both Banner and BRM. Our administrator assignments needed geo-regions set up as well as the actual administrative rules. The presentation will also describe the testing we did and the various problems we encountered. We will also go over some of the compromises we need to make when "translating" the prose version of the rules into the data needed to be entered on the various Banner forms. We'll also share some of the "gotcha's" that the documentation didn't mention.
