In the Summer Release (8.12) the new Financial Aid Self Service Snapshot was created with the intent to increase customer service by displaying all the student's information in one location. This session will focus on the capabilities of the Snapshot tool, implementation considerations, and tutorial of how to easily create your custom views inside the snapshot. This session will also provide a brief overview of the Community Source program the process, its benefits and how you can be involved.
