How do I submit a proposal? |
Only through our online system. We cannot accept proposals in other ways. |
How many proposals may I submit? |
As many as you like. But please note that (a) you must separately submit each proposal and (b) presenters may be part of up to two accepted technical program sessions. |
When are proposals due? |
5:00 PM (EDT), Monday, 10 September, 2012. |
How do I select the track for my proposal? |
You do not need to select a track when you submit your proposal. The Program Advisory Committee will review all proposals and determine which track they best fit in. |
If I have spoken at previous annual STC conferences, do I need to submit speaker references? |
If you have presented within the past 4 years, you do not need to provide references. Your speaking evaluations from the past conference(s) will be reviewed. However, be sure to note your speaking experience in your proposal. |
How are proposals reviewed? |
Committee reviewers and the track manager for your proposal's track will evaluate your proposal. |
When will the Conference Advisory Committee communicate its decisions? |
Early November. |
How can I change a proposal already submitted? |
Until the deadline, you may update a proposal by doing the following:
