Description
This presentation will focus on change and enabling behavior strategies that will help technical assistance consultants work more effectively with child care center teachers and directors. We will explore change strategies as they apply to technical assistance. The center's organizational "culture" and way of working will be examined using tools that identify challenges and support change. Participants will analyze case studies, discuss barriers to change, and share strategies for overcoming challenges to quality improvement.
