"The 2009 NACE student survey found graduates from the class of 2009 maintaining many of the same attitudes and expectations toward the job market as their predecessors. These attitudes were stable even in the face of a depressed job market for college graduates. Will those attitudes and expectations be maintained by the class of 2010? Will attitudes and approaches adapt as the depth of the recession sinks in, or is this a generation that will demand that its expectations be met, regardless of the realities.
