"The graduate recruitment industry is becoming more and more global with students, universities, and employers becoming increasingly active across international borders. In this environment, how can you find out about campus recruitment practices in other countries? NACE is part of a global network of national associations that represent the graduate recruitment industry. These associations exist in countries such as Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. These country associations collaborate via a forum called the International Network of Graduate Recruitment and Development Associations (INGRADA). This workshop will provide participants with the ability to access the INGRADA Global Graduate Survey, access to country associations similar to NACE, and an overview of the graduate recruitment industry in a number of other countries. This workshop is ideal for anyone interested in the graduate recruitment process around the globe.
