"The wicked queen, (aka the boss) is requiring three colleagues, to attend a conference and participate in the conference's networking events. One co-worker (named Bashful) insists ""working a room"" is not her forte and gets queasy just thinking about it. Another co-worker, Snow White (aka ""the fairest one of all"") isn't much better—she has been going to conferences for years, but only networks with the same six people each year. The third co-worker (Prince Charming), however, has never met a stranger. He can't wait to meet new people and exchange business cards. Sound familiar? Not to fear. Learn how their co-workers (The Seven Dwarfs) learned how to ""whistle while they worked the room"" and became effective networkers! This workshop uses The Snow White Theory for running productive meetings and the characters from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to illustrate challenges that different personalities types may encounter while trying to network and build professional relationships.
