Julie Dagam,

Julie Dagam, PharmD, BCPS-Julie is the Program Director of the PGY1 (Pharmacy Practice) Residency Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Julie graduated from the University of Wisconsin and completed a PGY1 residency at Aurora Health Care. She has spent her career at Aurora Health Care in both inpatient and ambulatory care practice areas in roles including clinical pharmacist, clinical coordinator, and residency program director. In addition to residency training, Julie has a specialty interest in neurology and practices in the Regional Epilepsy Center at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center. She also serves as a guest surveyor for PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency programs.

Steven Pickette,
PharmD, BCPS, System Director, Clinical Pharmacy,
Providence Health and Services
Steve Pickette, Pharm.D., BCPS, is currently the corporate director for pharmacy clinical services for Providence Health & Services (PH&S). In his position, he is responsible for developing, coordinating, and promoting enhanced clinical services across the 32 hospital and over 200 clinic health system.
Dr. Pickette received his B.S. in Pharmacy and his Pharm.D. degrees from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He is also a board-certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and Affiliate Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy as well as adjunct faculty at the Washington State University School of Pharmacy. He has served as President and board member for the Spokane Pharmacy Association and is the recipient of the 2010 Washington State Pharmacy Association Health System Pharmacist of the Year award.
Steve served as a member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists Pharmacy Practice Model Initiative (PPMI) Advisory board, National PPMI Summit participant, and is currently a member of the PPMI Section Advisory Group and the Clinical Pharmacy Patient Acuity advisory board.
