Terri Albarano,

Terri Albarano, Pharm D, MS is the current Manager of Pharmacy Operations at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Albarano has been employed with Allegheny General since April 2007. Dr. Albarano received a Pharm D in 2002 and a MS in Pharmacy Administration in 2010 from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Albarano also earned a Certificate of Recognition in Pharmacy Leadership from Boston University after participating in the Pharmacy Leadership Institute in 2011. Terri is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, serving as a member of the Section of Pharmacy Practice Managers and on the Education Steering Committee for the Section of Inpatient Care Practitioners.

Christopher Ensor, PharmD, carries the ranks of Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and Clinical Specialist with the heart and lung transplantation, mechanical circulatory support, and vascularized composite tissue allotransplantation programs at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Ensor received his PharmD training from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy and subsequently completed pharmacy practice and critical care pharmacy residency training at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals in Richmond, Virginia. He is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy with Added Qualifications in Cardiology. He has presented at multiple national meetings on transplantation and has authored key papers on this subject. Dr. Ensor serves as the Transplant Pharmacotherapy Section Editor for Progress in Transplantation and is a referee for 12 scientific journals.

Edward Horn,

I obtained my Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Pittsburgh in 2000. My post-graduate training consisted of a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and a PGY2 Critical Care Residency at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to my current position, I was a clinical pharmacy specialist at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Currently, I am a clinical pharmacy specialist in Cardiothoracic Surgery and Transplantation at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. I am also a member of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT), as well as a founding member of the Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacologist section within ISHLT.
