Molly Billstein Leber, PharmD, BCPS is currently the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH) in New Haven, Connecticut. She obtained her PharmD at the University of Montana and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at YNHH. Molly has worked at YNHH as the Medical ICU Clinical Pharmacist and Anticoagulation Clinical Specialist. Currently she is the Clinical Advisor to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and is also the Interim-Clinical Coordinator of the Yale New Haven Health System Formulary Integration Committee (FIC). FIC was created to standardize the independent medication formularies into one Health System formulary to enhance medication safety, increase cost savings and promote evidenced based practices.

Mike Brownlee,
PharmD, MS, Director of Pharmacy,
Oregon Health & Science University
Dr. Brownlee is director of Pharmacy Services at Oregon Health & Science University and Associate Dean for Clinical Education at Oregon State University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Brownlee also serves as the director for the PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at Oregon Health & Science University. He earned a doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Iowa and completed his residency and Masters in Health-System Pharmacy Administration at the University of Kansas. Dr. Brownlee is the current chair of the Medication Use Informatics and Technology committee for the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) Pharmacy Council. He also serves on the UHC Pharmacy Council executive committee.

Maribeth Cabie,
PharmD, BCPS, Manager, Safety and Quality Outcomes,
Yale New Haven Hospital
Maribeth (Pauli) Cabie received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin Madison School of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 Residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and became Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy in 2007. Cabie was recently honored by the Connecticut Society of Health-System Pharmacists in 2011 as the Connecticut Pharmacist of the Year. Cabie is currently the Manager of Patient Safety and Quality Outcomes and PGY1 Residency Director at Yale New Hospital.

Jacob Thompson, Pharm.D., M.S., is the Associate Director of Pharmacy for UHS, Inc in Binghamton, NY responsible for the acute care pharmacy services. He received his Pharm.D. from Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy and M.S. in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University. He completed a PGY1/PGY2 residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Thompson is currently a member of the Section Advisory Group on Manager Development. He has served on the Legal Affairs Committee for the Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacists (2008-2010).
