Deborah DeNure, B.S. Education and Human Services; motivational speaker and teambuilding consultant is the founder of DB Associates (DBA), Training and Consulting. She specializes in workplace learning and employee development for business, education and health care. DBA provides a series of training designs to nurture personal and professional skill development. Her keynote and conference speaking engagement include; American Society of Health Professionals, Department of Veteran Affairs Resident Pharmacy Directors Leadership Conference, American Society for Training Professional Development Conference, Society of Consumer Affairs Professional Conference, Wisconsin Society of Pharmacy, Compliant Pharmacy Alliance and Pharmacy Audit Assistance Services, American Society of Training Development, Training Magazine Annual Conference and Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence. Deborah is the founder and Chief Learning Officer of DB Associates, Training and Project Management Services. She has a Bachelors of Science in Education, Health and Human Services, is a member of American Society of Training Development (ASTD), Society of Consumer Affairs for Professionals (SOCAP), Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and Madison Area Business Consultants (MABC). She has over 20 years of experience leading teams from a corporate executive position, owning and operating a training, consulting and project management company, and as an instructional designer for leadership initiatives. This is her 5th year presenting at ASHP Midyear.
Ms. DeNure designs and delivers customized training throughout the USA, acts as an independent consultant and motivational speaker. Her facilitation experience include such topics as; high performing teams, generational differences, cultural diversity, EEO and inclusion programs, supervisory development, executive leadership training, strategic issues projects, learning design strategies, employee engagement plans, customer service excellence, change management and communication methodologies that retain and motivate top employees.
Her community services include being a board member for McFarland Community Food Pantry, McFarland Lioness Club and Madison Women Golf League, outreach speaker for the Susan G Komen Foundation and Fundraising for Wisconsin Council for the Blind, American Heart Association and The First Tee of South Central Wisconsin.
