Description
Energy efficiency is not provided by a single piece of HVAC equipment or a single system—it is a culture spread throughout an organization. In this case study, you will learn how Advocate Health Care, a 104-year-old hospital, achieved an Energy Star score of 98 (and is on the path to a score of 100). This session will enable you to:
Institute energy efficiency as a cultural imperative at your organization.
Identify ways to meet comply with regulatory requirements, even as the prices of energy commodities increase.
Examine HVAC systems for opportunities to prevent infection and improve clinical outcomes.
Identify the positive effects of increased energy efficiency on clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
