Description
This program will continue and expand on the 2012 AABB Annual Meeting workshop on the business dimensions of quality. This workshop will move beyond theory by giving real-life examples of how organizations have built on a firm foundation of compliance and have successfully expanded the role of quality into the overall business enterprise. Actual examples will be provided to enable participants to realize the benefits of expanding the scope of a traditional quality model. Steps that link quality actions to strategic plans will be provided as well as practical and usable methods and examples of quality metrics with outcomes.
