Description
Much experience has been attained to optimize the manufacturing process of suspended cells to ensure safety and efficacy. In this session, the speakers will discuss two examples where cells are immobilized to a scaffold for in-vivo use.

  • Discuss the challenges of developing a limbal stem cell graft to treat blindness.
  • Review the process in translating vascular tissue engineering to the clinic.
