Jordan Cohen is director of industry and government relations for Epsilon, where he manages the company's involvement with trade associations, Internet service providers, industry partners and government agencies. Jordan frequently speaks and writes about trends and developments that affect the multichannel marketing landscape, and advises clients on a range of issues and best practices related to legislation and regulation, privacy, security, deliverability, industry developments and emerging technologies. Prior to joining Epsilon, Jordan was manager of public policy for the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), where he was responsible for stakeholder communications and served as a national spokesman on a variety of direct and interactive marketing issues. He graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a B.A. in Communications.
