Part I-- An Introduction to Mobile Marketing

Mobile phones and related wireless devices are the ideal medium for direct consumer engagement. In this session you’ll be introduced to the exciting practice of mobile marketing. Through the lens of leading case studies, we’ll detail the eight mobile channels: SMS, MMS, Email, Voice, Content, Mobile Internet, Bluetooth and Applications. You’ll receive insights into getting started with mobile marketing and be introduced to leading strategies and tactics for developing mobile-enabled multi-channel and direct marketing programs.
