The rise of the third screen, which continues to grow as new products like the iPad come to market, offers compelling reasons and methods to engage consumers. When these new technologies hit the market, brands are enthusiastic to experiment with reaching consumers via the new media. However, new technologies require specialized technical expertise, often raising the question of whether the effort and expense convert to a convincing ROI.
