Description
Your customers are talking—to eachother, to you, and to your competitors on social sites such as Facebook, Flikr, YouTube, Twitter and others. More than 400 million people use Facebook each day, for an average of 55 minutes each, and 25% of them are on mobile phones. Twitter gets millions of posts each day. But what do social sites really mean for online merchants and marketers? This session examines the fundamental challenges to traditional marketing posed by social networking technologies and translates key social networking concepts to drive sales, loyalty, and brand recognition in eCommerce.
