Description
In Spring 2009, Us Weekly launched a re-design of their Facebook page built upon the Involver platform. That re-design turned the Us Fan Page into a vibrant media center and offered Us readers an immersive social experience to access and share videos, photos, micro-updates, polls, and news stories. In less than 90 days after launch, Us grew over 200,000 new fans and saw a 3000x increase in weekly interactions. Rahim Fazal will discuss how Us Weekly established a powerful direct marketing channel on Facebook by publishing engaging content and using tools that encourage viral sharing.
