He has consolidated CRM programs across product divisions into a cohesive customer-centric program. Part of Moller’s work at Samsung has also included developing and socializing their strategy for customer engagement measurement.
Description
In this session we’ll present 1) what is customer engagement, 2) how were collecting and making sense of the customer engagement data, and 3) concrete examples of how this being used to impact marketing results. We will also facilitate a Q&A session with panelists on these topics.
