Emily Reagan, VP/Director, Strategy and Insights, RTC Relationship Marketing
Emily is the lead strategist for RTCRM's
AARP, Bristol Myers Squibb and Audi clients. Her industry expertise spans retail, digital
entertainment, energy services and telecommunications. She earned a BS in Journalism from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and an
MBA from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Michelle Walker Musgrove is a Marketing Director at AARP, where she leads CRM initiatives. Her work focuses on moving the Association to more relevant, coordinated and efficient communication strategies. Michelle has more than 10 years of direct to consumer marketing experience.
Description
The AARP State Toolkit Program is an in-market example of how to develop and execute a multi-channel campaign that delivers highly-relevant, segmented communications via field channels, while also improving the supporting business processes to help reduce complexity and increase message consistency. Specifically, this campaign was created to help AARP State offices educate AARP Members on social issues (for this campaign, Long Term Care planning) more efficiently and effectively
